The video is a deconstruction of a televised speech made by John Howard in Parliament House, Canberra concerning Australian involvement in the Iraq War.
The speech is re-edited with additional footage to interpret rhetorical strategies used by the prime minister. Instead of the moral certainties suggested by Howard the video highlights the complexities or ambiguities surrounding the issues discussed.
